A 17-year-old girl from western Minnesota has been missing since Sunday evening, leaving behind medicine that she needs daily for her health, authorities said Monday.

Lily Jean Paulson, of rural Granite Falls, was last seen about 8 p.m. Sunday after completing some outside work, according to the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Office.

She is described as white; 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and 100 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing tan Capri-style pants and pink gym shoes.

Anyone with information about Paulson's whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 1-320-564-2130.
