A man who was hospitalized for five days after a car crash in northeast Minneapolis has died.
Carl Wittevrongel, 73, of Minneapolis, died Sunday, the Hennepin County medical examiner's office said Tuesday.
Wittevrongel was involved in an accident Feb. 19 at New Brighton Boulevard and Quarry Center Drive.
