It's thick out there.

Dense fog rolled into the Twin Cities Wednesday night and lingeedr long enough to make life more challenging for this morning's commuters.

The National Weather Service said the fog advisory was in effect until about 10 a.m. for most of central and southeast Minnesota.

Visibility was reduced to 1/4 mile or less, making travel hazardous. Temperatures that will hover around freezing could also create scattered icy spots.

Be careful out there.
