June 18: The Prior Lake-Savage school board votes 4-2 to fire Lind, citing job performance and insubordination.
Sept. 11: Lind is one of eight candidates for school board to advance after the primary election.
Nov. 6: Lind is elected to the school board.
Nov. 9: Superintendent Tom Westerhaus tells district staff members that he plans to leave the district at the end of the school year because he can't work for a board member that he had previously recommended for firing.
Nov. 13: Hundreds of Westerhaus supporters show up at the school board meeting, asking Westerhaus to change his mind. He still reads his resignation letter to the packed meeting.
Dec. 19: Lind's attorney sends a letter to the school board, asking for a monetary settlement for Lind to prevent a lawsuit against the district.
Jan. 14, 2008: Lind's first meeting as a school board member.
