PUBLIC MEETINGS

The Minnesota Department of Commerce will host 10 public meetings to answer questions and to hear concerns about three proposed high-voltage transmission lines. The schedule:

DEC. 10

Moorhead: Noon-2 p.m, Courtyard by Marriott. Fergus Falls: 6-8 p.m., Best Western Bigwood Events Center.

DEC. 11

Alexandria: Noon-2 p.m., Alexandria City Hall Council Chambers. Clearwater: 6-8 p.m., American Legion.

DEC. 13

Winona: Noon-2 p.m., Riverport Inn. Rochester: 6-8 p.m., Heritage Suites.

DEC. 17

Marshall: Noon-2 p.m., Best Western Marshall Inn. Olivia: 6-8 p.m., Max's Grill.

DEC. 18

Arlington: Noon-2 p.m., Arlington Community Center. Cannon Falls: 6-8 p.m., Grandpa's Event Center.
