1:30 a.m. Tuesday: Racially threatening writing found on a residence door on the second floor of John Paul II Hall at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.

7:50 a.m. Tuesday: Threatening note found slipped under door of students in same building.

6:10 p.m. Tuesday: St. Thomas posts and e-mails alert about incidents to students, faculty and staff, as well as expression of regret by university president the Rev. Dennis Dease.

7:10 p.m. Tuesday: Another note is found on the residents' door in John Paul II hall.

2:15 a.m. Wednesday: Woman who lived in room where notes were left finds another racial threat slipped under the door of a first-floor computer lab in John Paul II hall where she was working.
