Another open house will be held on Oct. 18 at Windom Recreation Center, 2251 Hayes St. NE. to discuss alternate routes.

The citizen advisory committee that will recommend a route to the Park Board is to meet at 6 p.m. on Oct. 4 and Nov. 1 at the board's headquarters, 2117 W. River Road.
