Twin Cities motorists can expect some traffic disruptions this afternoon when President George W. Bush visits the Twin Cities for a fundraiser for Sen. Norm Coleman, R-Minn.

Bush is expected to land at Twin Cities International Airport around 4:40 p.m. and will travel a secret route to a reception and fundraiser for Coleman in Eden Prairie.

Motorists in the southern and southwestern suburbs should prepare for sudden and unannounced road closings as the president's motorcade makes its way to and from the event. Bush is scheduled to depart the Twin Cities around 7:30 p.m.

During his Twin Cities visit, Bush will be briefed on the massive flooding in southeastern Minnesota and the recovery efforts and clean up of the collapsed Interstate Hwy. 35W bridge.
