GILLETTE, Wyo. — A man pursued by police in northeastern Wyoming said he thought he had been driving around Minnesota.

Wyoming authorities said the 24-year-old Belle Plaine man admitted he had been using methamphetamine and marijuana.

He was reported to police after driving onto someone else's property. He was arrested Saturday after a chase.

Authorities said the man told sheriff's deputies he didn't know how he got where he was and that he thought he had been driving near Belle Plaine.
