Parking meters will be enforced in Minneapolis but not in St. Paul. The University of Minnesota will enforce meters. Minneapolis parks will enforce meters unless noted on the meter.

Recreation centers are open in Apple Valley, Chaska, Chanhassen, Edina, Maple Grove, St. Louis Park and other communities. Some St. Paul centers are open and others are closed. Call individual centers for hours.
