Gevo Inc., Englewood, Colo., a biofuel producer whose main production plant is in Luverne, Minn., received a warning letter from Nasdaq that its stock may be delisted because it has traded below the $1 minimum for 30 days. Gevo said it will monitor the price and consider options to comply.
