GETTING STARTED

Shop around. Prices might vary on procedures in the Edina clinic compared with the Fridley location. Prices outside the city might be less.

Get a consultation before committing to the procedure. It may cost $75 or so, but it can be usually applied to a procedure.

Check the Top Doctors issue (January 2008) of Mpls.St.Paul magazine for highly regarded plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the Twin Cities area.

Ask for a less expensive skin-care regimen if you can't afford a pricey procedure.

Be a guinea pig. Consider participating in one of Dr. Brian Zelickson's clinical research studies. Go to www.zelskin.com and click on "research." Zelickson has been rated one of the top dermatologists in the Twin Cities.
