Most community education programs allow both parents and one child to attend for the same fee. Here's a schedule of Lum's upcoming classes on how to win college scholarships.

TODAY

Hopkins (Hopkins High School, 2400 Lindbergh Dr., Minnetonka, 952-988-4018 to register). $15 per person or $25 per household for the 7 to 9 p.m. class.

THURSDAY

Prior Lake (Prior Lake High School, 7575 W. 150th St., Savage, 952-440-2930). $15 per person or $25 per household, 6:30 to 8 p.m. Offered again at the same place and time April 6.

NEXT TUESDAY

Stillwater (Stillwater High School, 5701 Stillwater Blvd., Stillwater, 651-351-8300). $25 per person or pair, 7 to 9 p.m.

MARCH 14

Lakeville (North High School, 19600 Ipava Av., Lakeville, 952-469-7390). $25 per pair, 7 to 8:30 p.m.

MARCH 15

Maple Grove (Maple Grove High School, 9800 Fernbrook Lane, Maple Grove, 763-391-7000). $29 per person or pair, 7 to 8:30 p.m.

MARCH 28

Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove Junior High, 9775 Indian Blvd., Cottage Grove, 651-458-6600). $20 per person or pair, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
