• 2 oz. (1/4 c.) gin

• 1 oz. (1/8 c.) lime juice

• 0.5 oz. (1 tbsp.) simple syrup (see Note)

• 7 to 8 fresh mint leaves (reserve 1 for garnish)

Directions

Shake ingredients with ice and finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with mint leaf.
