Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Spoon into buns.

• 1 tbsp. olive oil

• 1 medium onion, diced

• 1/2 c. diced carrots

• 1 c. trimmed and diced mushrooms

• 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

• 1/4 tsp. paprika

• 3 c. canned black beans, drained and rinsed

• 1 c. prepared tomato sauce
