Deviled Eggs √

Makes 12.

• 6 eggs

• 1/4 c. mayonnaise

• 2 tsp. Dijon mustard

• 1/8 tsp. cayenne

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

• Paprika for dusting

Directions

Put the eggs in a 3-quart saucepan and cover with about 2 inches of water. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and let stand about 10 minutes.
