But it is, and a handful of Twin Cities natural foods co-ops are conducting farmer-customer meet-and-greets in the coming weeks. Learn more about Community Supported Agriculture -- where consumers pay up front, and farmers deliver fresh produce, usually once a week, during the growing season -- at the following upcoming events:
March 11 and 12: River Market in Stillwater
April 2: Eastside Food Co-op in Minneapolis
April 16: Seward Co-op in Minneapolis.
