THAIGARITA
Serves 1.
Note: From 20.21 restaurant, at the Walker Art Center.
• 2 oz. (1/4 c.) tequila
• 3/4 oz. (11/2 tbsp.) Triple Sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
• 1 oz. (2 tbsp.) mango juice
• Thai chili oil
Directions
Combine tequila, Triple Sec and mango juice. Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with drops of chili oil. Serve immediately.
