New Year's Eve is approaching, which means Champagne corks will be popping. As the ball drops, bubbles will rise to the tops of flute glasses across the globe.

If you're hosting a year-end soiree, Champagne and other sparkling wine is the ultimate and obvious party accessory. Society equates the bubbly French vino with the good life, whether it's sipping Dom in the back of a limo or slugging Andre Brut from the bottle (we won't hate). It's fun on its own, but can also be fun to mix with.

Chances are you've had a French 75, Champagne Cocktail or even a Kir Royale somewhere along your prosperous tippling career. But beyond the Big Three awaits a world of sparkling wine cocktails. For something a little different, explore one (or all) of these four drinks while bidding a fond peace-out to 2014.
