Healthy family: Potstickers

Get your children into the kitchen with a recipe that’s fun to make. This recipe for potstickers, which we’ve run before and are repeating because it’s so good, requires a lot of hands-on effort that they will enjoy providing. These are well-suited to the Chinese New Year, as well as any dinnertime where a change of pace is in demand. And, of course, use them for entertaining. I think there’s some big football game coming up that could use some appetizers.
