How to hard-cook eggs

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water, about 1 inch above eggs. Bring water to a boil over high heat.

Once water reaches a boil, remove pan from heat and cover for 15 minutes.

Run cold water over eggs until eggs feel cool. Drain and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
