Stanley's Northeast Bar Room has jumped on the food truck bandwagon, and its fire engine-red Stanley's on Wheels cranks out all kinds of hearty deliciousness, especially when it comes to working its slow-smoked beef brisket into sandwiches, tacos and nachos.

Dessert hounds, listen up: There's a food truck with your name on it: A Cupcake Social. Co-owners Suzette Herr and Jess Stone have translated their love of baking into a business. Vanilla, chocolate and red velvet are always on the menu, along with four ever-changing flavors. "We're always developing new ones, so there's always something new when people come to the truck," said Herr. Make mine "Raspberry Burst," please.

After several summers of farmers market stands, Foxy Falafel owner Erica Strait is finally mobile, bringing her awesome and delightfully inventive array of organic falafel (and even more awesome accompaniments) to the sidewalk lunch set.
