Unique farm earning reputation for unique cheeses
Artisan cheesemaker Pam Benike, of Prairie Hollow Farm in southeastern Minnesota, believes the quality of her aged cheddars and fresh mozzarellas is reflected in the care she takes with her land and her "girls," her small herd of Jersey cows. "I love the cows, I love the soil, I love the land," Benike says. "This is the life I love."
