Halloween food unmasked

Like most holidays, Halloween is all about food.

The candy-corn bowls are filled, the pumpkins are carved and apples are bobbed. Yet somewhere along the line, Halloween food got ugly -- to the delight of the revelers.

Spaghetti doubled as brains, peeled grapes served as eyeballs and gummy worms crawled out of treats everywhere. Then there were hot dogs wrapped like mummies and Jell-O shapes your mother wouldn't have dreamed up.

It's all disgusting -- and delicious. That's why we're here: to share ideas that will create Halloween fun. Here's to both trick and treat.
