Martin and Attina Diffley run Gardens of Eagan, one of the longest certified organic operations in the U.S., having been first certified in 1975. Growing a combination of produce to sell up to 7 months a year, the Diffleys pride themselves on harvesting no more than 24 hours before delivering their produce to Twin Cities coops.
