It's party night for Twin Cities retailers. At Excelsior & Grand in St. Louis Park (7 to 9 p.m.), the shops have banded together to offer the latest fashions from Shorty's Loft and OPM, jewelry and chocolate sampling at Max's, holiday hairstyles for men and women from the Hair District and Supercuts, and chair massages at RejoovMe.

Then scoot over to Drama (1203 Lagoon Av., Minneapolis, 612-338-9423) for a glamour-night-out. With a purchase of $50 or more, you get a free consultation (brows, hair and a makeup touch-up) with a stylist from Jungle Red, followed by a free professional portrait (a Facebook photo, perhaps?). Purchases over $100 will be eligible for a 15 percent discount. M.Bridget designs will also be having a trunk show and offering 20 percent off the entire line of jewelry.

Join Rick Rack (3413 W. 44th St., Minneapolis, 612-746-4160) for its third anniversary. Today, enjoy appetizers and wine (4 to 7 p.m.). On Friday, relax with a chair massage (1 to 4 p.m.). Then on Saturday, meet designer Susan Plunkett of L'Donna jewelry and shop a trunk show of vintage Lucite jewelry by Poppi and get a gift with $25 purchase.

Through Nov. 14, get 40 to 70 percent off hand-block-printed quilted jackets and vests at Mehera Shaw (2004 Hennepin Av. S., Minneapolis, 612-874-9115).

On Friday, StormSister Spatique (635 S. Smith Av., St. Paul, 651-221-4668) is hosting a party from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Get 20 percent off regularly priced merchandise and 50 percent off sale merchandise.

The hunting opener is this weekend. Celebrate by hunting down the perfect pretty little lingerie at Flirt (177 N. Snelling Av., St. Paul, 651-698-3692). From 3 to 7 p.m., enjoy champagne, cupcakes and 20 percent off one item. If you spend more than $50, you'll get a free T-shirt. Karen Swenson of Sunrider skin care and color cosmetics will be on hand.

Atmosfere has a new home in Uptown (1426 W. Lake St., Mpls., 612-332-0381). Celebrate on Saturday for deals all day, happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. and cocktails and music from 6 to 10 p.m.

On Sunday, Cliché (2403 Lyndale Av. S., Minneapolis, 612-870-0420) will host a sample sale from 1 to 6 p.m. featuring local designers. Get discounts on clothes and accessories by Kjurek Couture, Amanda Christine, Charmichael Claith, Jenny Carle, Arwyn Birch and Andrea Oseland.

On Monday, MNfashion Holiday will open its second annual boutique at Gaviidae Common (651 Nicollet Mall, first level, near Saks Off Fifth). There will be an opening reception next Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. Look for work by local designers, including George Moskal, FOAT Design, Calpurnia Peach, Post-, A03 Designs, Liebling Designs, and Ruby3.

"Twilight" fans can start lining up at the Mall of America to meet Edi Gathegi (Laurent) and Jamie Campbell Bower (Caius) on Nov. 11. 500 people who bought a "New Moon" tee at Hot Topic for $30 and 75 Nordstrom customers who spent $75 in the BP collection will be able to meet and greet the cast members. Never fear, they'll also be participating in a Q&A open to everyone at 7:15 p.m. in the rotunda.
