Just two weeks after the traveling Wizard World Comic Con hit Minneapolis, it's time for our own homegrown geek fest to blast off.
The re-christened MSP ComicCon (formerly SpringCon) — yes, that's a lot of "cons" — takes place May 16-17 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds grandstand ($12, www.mcbacomicons.com).
