Moods of Norway is bringing its quirky fashion mix of vivid color, farm tractors and martini glasses to the Mall of America this fall. Designers and founders Simen Staalnacke and Peder Børresen are known for lines such as "cocktail sports" and "international dance floor fashion." No less notable are the real tractors stationed in each store. The MOA outpost will be their third in the United States, joining Los Angeles and New York. Based in Stryn, Norway, the designers' website notes their main goal "besides making our grandmas happy, is to make happy clothes for happy people around the world." Skol!
