Every woman -- be she tall or short, old or young, thin or not so thin -- has the right to bare her arms and legs. If it's hot outside, you are completely justified in throwing on a tank top and a pair of shorts.

But what if you're not comfortable in a skin-baring ensemble? If you're modest, feel self-conscious about your upper arms, have a spider vein or two that you'd rather keep under wraps or work in an office where the A/C is set to "Arctic blast," barely there clothing won't work for you.
