Travel abroad without a plane ticket at the International Festival of Burnsville. Get a henna tattoo, make Mexican place mats and draw Chinese calligraphy. Vendors from various cultures will sell their wares and guests can purchase savory and sweet foods. GETTIN' BUGGY

If you like creepy, crawling critters, then take a trip to the Science Museum of Minnesota for Entomology Day. With 1.3 million species of insects moving about the Earth, visitors can learn about a variety of bugs. Activities include making butterfly rings, viewing insects under microscopes and more.
