the trend Love has landed

Amy Butler's much-anticipated new fabric line, the Love Collection, has arrived. The designer describes the grouping of 12 home decor-weight cotton sateen fabrics, and 26 quilting/fashion-weight cotton fabrics as "soulful organic florals and architectural prints passionately inspired" by recent trips to Indonesia and England. The full-bore peony and rose-like designs that are a hallmark of Butler's work are in evidence, as well as paisleys and modern dot and floral prints. See the complete line at www.amybutlerdesign.com. In Minneapolis, find the fabric at Crafty Planet, 2833 NE. Johnson St., 612-788-1180; home decor fabrics are priced $14.95 per 55/56-inch yard and $9.50 per 44/45-inch yard for plain cotton. St. Paul's Treadle Yard Goods has received the home decor-weight fabrics ($16 per yard) and anticipates the arrival of the others in mid-December; 1338 Grand Av., St. Paul; 651-698-9690.
