Art Crawl at the Arb

The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum will be abloom with art, as well as flowers, during this weekend's Art Crawl Through the Gardens. The two-day outdoor art fair will feature works — including pottery, wood art, jewelry and even hammocks — by 42 local artists. New this year will be food and beverage concessions. Fair hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat. and Sun., with outdoor dance performances by MotionArt at 11 a.m. and noon Sat. and 1 and 2 p.m. Sun. at the Harrison Sculpture Garden. The Art Crawl will be held along Three Mile Drive, and is free with gate admission, 3675 Arboretum Dr., Chaska.

The workshop is designed as a Q&A format, so bring your questions. It will be offered on six consecutive Saturdays at 10 a.m., starting this week and continuing through Sept. 20. Gertens is at 5500 Blaine Av., Inver Grove Heights.

The price is $5 per bag or five bags for $20, and the sale will be held this weekend at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, 3675 Arboretum Dr., Chaska. Sale hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat. and Sun.
