Smart Home giveaway
HGTV’s Smart Home looks like a traditional brick-and-stucco Tudor on the outside. But inside, the Nashville house is packed with cutting-edge, high-tech amenities. Tablets and smartphones control lights, security, heating and cooling. Automated window shades can be programmed to raise and lower at sunrise and sunset. For everyday living, the 2,500-square-foot home’s two-story great room is awash in lime green and navy blue, a modern chef’s kitchen is outfitted with upscale appliances, and a basement rec room boasts a performance stage and a 120-inch HD projection screen.
The grand-prize winner of the modern Tudor receives all the designer-chosen furnishings, as well as a luxury vehicle and $100,000. You can enter online, twice per day, at www.hgtv.com and www.hgtvremodels.com. The deadline is June 9.
