Continued: State faults Rogers senior home for leaving resident in sun for hours

The heat stroke, the report added, “will increase the risk of further cognitive decline” and will mean the resident “will require ongoing physical and occupational therapy.”

The facility’s executive director, Susan Snyder, refused Thursday to address the report's findings and read from a statement expressing that she "cares deeply" about the residents.
