Here's a Mall of America deal: Every day at lunch at the Twin City Grill (130 North Garden, 952-854-0200, www.leye.com), the kitchen fires up a fresh-ground, naturally raised beef burger, slips it into a New French Bakery potato bun and serves it with vinegar- and salt-kissed fries for just $5.99 (a double patty runs $3 more, and cheese, bacon and avocado add-ons are 99 cents a pop). At that bargain price, why bother with the food court?
