A Southwest Airlines sale has one-way fares starting at $59. Flights between Minneapolis and Chicago, for instance, cost $59; fly to Boston or Phoenix and a vast number of other cities for a rate of $159 one-way. Travel January 12 through March 9 must be booked by January 4.
