Calories: 131,000. At 2,000 calories a day, that's more than one-fifth of your yearly intake. That's what's in all 500 servings of a cupcake in the running for the record as the world's largest.

At 2 feet tall and 3 feet wide, the yellow cupcake with fudge filling and yellow frosting is part of a celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Sponge Bob Square Pants children's TV show. The character also provides the theme for the mall's amusement park.
The mall intends to beat its own cupcake record of 61 pounds set last year, when they showed off the massive dose of carbs.
This year's 100-pounder, says mall spokeswoman Erica Dao, is bound for the Second Harvest Hog Farm in Cedar, Minn.
"The pigs will have their own day of happiness," Dao said.
