A North Dakota restaurant owner and Hollywood actor has something permanently Fergalicious on his personal menu.

Fergie, the 33-year-old singer-actress, whose real name is Stacy Ferguson, and 36-year-old "Transformers" actor and Minot, N.D., native Josh Duhamel were married Saturday at the Church Estates Vineyards in Malibu, Calif., Fergie's manager has confirmed.

The pair had been dating since 2004 and were engaged in 2007.

The Black Eyed Peas singer launched her solo career in 2006 with the hit album "The Dutchess" -- the title is a misspelled variation of the title formerly held by Sarah (Fergie) Ferguson, the Duchess of York.

As for Duhamel, he grew up in Minot in north-central North Dakota and worked as a lifeguard at a pool in town while a teenager. His dad, Larry, is an ad salesman and his mother, Bonny, teaches high school. He has three younger sisters: Ashley, Cassidy and Mckenzie.

Duhamel played quarterback for Minot State University and studied biology in the early to mid-1990s.

"He gets back here several times each year," said MSU Athletic Director Rick Hedberg. "His mother still lives here ... He's a real down to earth guy."

He then turned his attention to modeling and acting in California, joining the cast of the soap opera "All My Children" and landing his first leading film role as Dorian Gray in a 2004 adaptation of Oscar Wilde's "The Picture of Dorian Gray." Duhamel also played opposite James Caan as Danny McCoy in NBC-TV's series "Las Vegas" before it was canceled. In 2007, he won a leading role in the hit movie "Transformers"

In 2005, he graduated from Minot State in 2005 with a bachelor of science degree in biology.

While living the Hollywood life, Duhamel became co-owner of a restaurant, 10 North Main, in downtown Minot.
