The gardens were at peak bloom for Toast and Taste in the Gardens, the annual fundraiser at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Hundreds of guests strolled through roses, clematis, dahlias and sunflowers to sample food from two dozen local restaurants. Several local wineries and breweries also offered tastes of their wares.

The arboretum, one of the top visitor attractions in the Twin Cities area, covers nearly 1,200 acres in Chaska. The grounds of “the arb,” as it’s known, include a wide array of gardens, tree collections, prairies and woodlands, as well as miles of trails.
