Waterfront tour

Would you like to sip coffee on a deck overlooking a lake — without leaving the city? Find out what's on the market at the Coldwell Banker Burnet Waterfront Home Tour, featuring 113 properties on lakes and rivers or with deeded access to water. The homes will be open from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 18.

The properties are located across the Twin Cities metro area and in western Wisconsin and represent a wide range of prices.

For $329,000, you can get a two-bedroom condo on the St. Croix River in Prescott, Wis. A rambler boasting 100 feet of shoreline on Lotus Lake in Chanhassen is listed for $924,900. The highest-priced home on the tour is a $4.4 million mansion sitting on acreage along Lake Minnetonka's Carson's Bay.

When you're done gawking, register to win a new kayak. For a list of properties and locations, go to www.cbburnet.com.
