There's snow on the ground, which must mean that Macy's annual holiday auditorium display is on the horizon.
"A Day in the Life of an Elf." opens in the downtown Minneapolis department's stores eight-floor auditorium on Nov. 20 and runs through Dec. 30.
As always, admission is free.
The exhibit also will present the puppet show "Moose Crossings" Thursdays through Sundays starting Nov. 23. Tickets are $4 per person, free for children under 2.
