  • Eight years ago, Edina baseball star Connor Rabinowitz got a heart transplant that saved his life. When Connor got to know the family of the donor, Kellen Roberts, he fell in love with Kellen’s sister, Erin. The two wear matching necklaces and live together in Seattle with Erin’s son.

  • Kellen Roberts died after an assault, and his healthy heart went to Connor Rabinowitz.
