New Perspective Senior Living hired Daniel Schwartz as chief operating officer and partner. Previously, Schwartz was COO for Addus Healthcare, Palatine, Ill., and has more than 20 years' experience in health care operations. He is an adjunct professor at George Washington University and is a founding member of the National Association for Private Duty Home Care.
Marco announced Keith Schwichtenberg as chief operating officer. Marco also announced Jonathan Warrey as vice president of sales and Jim Maleska and Fritz Wensel as regional sales directors.
Lingate Financial Group, Golden Valley, named Tom Kaul as vice president. Kaul will provide merger and acquisition advisory services and coordinate relationship development efforts. Previously, he was a business broker, launched and managed three companies and provided exit planning consulting. Kaul also teaches Entry and Exit Strategies at the University of St. Thomas.
BMO Harris Bank named Marc Meirovitz as vice president for business banking. Meirovitz previously was Minneapolis business banking manager for Bank of the West. Before that, Meirovitz was business banking manager for Wells Fargo and has 18 years of experience working for U.S. Bank.
Respicardia, Minnetonka, appointed Jay Millerhagen as vice president of clinical affairs and market development. Millerhagen will be responsible for developing and executing clinical trial strategies and developing and expanding the market for the Remede System. Previously, Millerhagen served as vice president of clinical affairs for the atrial fibrillation division of St. Jude Medical Inc.
CBRE Group named Blake Hastings managing director of its Minneapolis office. Hastings was previously with Cassidy Turley, Phoenix, where he was senior vice president. He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group.
Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis, named David Eiben managing director on the Subaru of America account. Previously, Eiben was the account director for Sid Lee and began his account management career at Martin Williams and Fallon.
Minnesota Justice Foundation gave Susan Stokes its Direct Legal Service award. Stokes is the executive director of Farmers' Legal Action Group, which assists low-income family farmers.
