Good morning, commuters!

Roads are in good winter driving condition as we start the Wednesday morning rush, but that doesn't mean it's smooth sailing.

A crash on Snelling Avenue has the ramp from westbound I-94 closed. The ramp is likely to be shut down for a while, so plan on taking the Hamline Avenue exit if this is your normal route.

In Richfield, a wreck that had been blocking the ramp from eastbound Crosstown to southbound Cedar Avenue has just cleared.

And unfortunately, the road work is back for commuters on eastbound 94 at Huron Blvd. The right lane will be closed until 3 p.m. as crews continue to repair a noise wall.

The action in south Minneapolis at 36th Street and 2nd Avenue S. is the end of a police chase that stemmed from a burglary in Edina. Police have caught up with the suspects.

I’ll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
