9. How do I enter my résumé information?
It's easy. First, you must create an account and complete your profile. To create an account, click here. After creating an account, simply go to "My profile", complete your profile and upload your resume in the following formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf or .rtf format and no bigger than 1MB.

10. How do I access my information?
Your information is stored under your account. To access your account, simply log in. At the login screen, enter your e-mail address and password.

  • If you have forgotten your password, click here.
  • If you do not yet have an account, create one here.
  • If your account is not found, is it possible you signed up with a different e-mail address?

 

11. I've forgotten my name and password. How do I retrieve them?
Click here, then enter your e-mail address and you will be sent an e-mail to reset your password

12. How can I keep my job search confidential?
You have three options when storing your résumé on StarTribune.com/Jobs:

  1. You can make it completely public with all contact information available to employers.
  2. You can make it confidential — not showing your contact information but still searchable in the database.
  3. You can also make your profile and resume confidential to certain employers.

 

13. Who do I contact after I send my résumé? Do I contact StarTribune.com/Jobs?
No. StarTribune.com/Jobs will send your information to the interested party. After that, if the employer is interested in contacting you to obtain further information, they will do so directly.
