Authorities on Sunday identified the person shot and killed late Friday in Minneapolis as an 18-year-old from St. Paul.

Norea S. Wilford was shot in the chest near E. 43rd Street and 1st Avenue S. and died at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC), according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office.

Wilford was shot during a dispute and then brought to HCMC in a private vehicle, police said.

No arrests have been made, and police are asking for the public's help in finding the shooter.
