| Toua Hong Chang, aka Taz, was convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and prostituting a minor for the benefit of a gang. He was sentenced in August 2003 to consecutive sentences of 12 years in prison on the first charge and eight years, two months on the second. | |
