Here is some good news for drivers in St. Paul's Midway area.

The ramp from eastbound Interstate 94 to Snelling Avenue reopened early Thursday morning.

The bridge over I-94 remains closed as Minnesota Department of Transportation crews put on a new deck and make other improvements.

Motorists who get off east I-94 at Snelling will be routed south. Snelling remains closed between I-94 and University Avenue.

Drivers can use Marshall Avenue to connect with Cretin Avenue, Hamline Avenue or Lexington Pkwy. to go north and cross I-94.

Traffic on northbound Snelling Avenue south of I-94 will be able to access eastbound I-94 using Concordia Avenue.
