Continued: Pace of Twin Cities home sales is speeding up

They couldn’t find anything nearby that fit their needs, so they bought a bank-owned property on the next block and are replacing it with a new one to fit them and their three kids.

At an open house at their for-sale home last weekend, the turnout was overwhelming: more than 30 people toured. “Considering the low inventory in our neighborhood,” Wesson said, “we hope to sell it fairly quickly.”
