Q My daughter and three other girls signed a nine-month lease last August for an apartment next to North Central University in Minneapolis, where they attend school.

Landlord is MIA; will apartment be next?
Q I currently reside in an apartment above an electrician business that is owned by the landlord. The problem is that the owner/landlord and all of his workers suddenly stopped showing up to work in April and we have not seen a single person since.
